D-Cipher Software has over 8 years experience of designing and developing software systems, ranging from automatic document storage and archival systems for the chemical safety and pharmaceutical industry to system control and management systems for the radio communications industry to fully fleged GPS monitoring and plotting system for vehicular fleets.

With the evolution of mobile data terminals, based on mainstream computer technologies, D-Cipher Software has successfully translated its PC software experience to the emerging platforms.

A number of prototype systems have been successfully developed within the last 2 years, all of which have subsequently been installed and commissioned.
